It is very important for us to introduce our team members because you will be with these people for two or three weeks depends on how long the tour and they will make important desicions for you. To be able to leave yourself to their hands and be relax and enjoy the holiday you need to know your guides so you can trust them.

We choose our team members from the people who has good communication skills, highly motivated for being outdoors, speak at least one foreign language, have experince at nature and mountains, have training and experience of outdoor guiding. In addition to their own education and experience we also provide some training programs which makes our guides to understand our principles such as "high quality service". We can say that all of our guides are masters of their job and know the area and routes very well. They take responsibility of guiding very seriously and they make sure that you spend the best trekking or climbing holiday ever. Lets know them one by one!

Yüksel Yılmaz (1966):
Director of the outdoor department and mountain guide He is the one who builded outdoor department and he is also responsible for every development which our department gains. He spends most of his time exploring the mountains for new programs for the new routes. He actually walks to places and routes for collecting all necessary information before make the programs. ----->>>

İsmet İnan (1974):
She joined our team in 2008 and works as mountain guide and as assistant of Yuksel, helping for prepairing the programs. Her love for nature began when she was at the university and climbing became a passion for her for the past years. She had mountaineering training from Zirve Mountaineering Club and later she became president for Istanbul brunch of it. ----->>>

Dr. Adnan Sarı (1965):
He is member of our team since our department established. In addition his doing guiding for us, he also give first aid courses to team members regularly. Because he works hard as doctor he is very busy and he only giudes a few group during the year. ----->>>

Yıldırım Beyazıt Öztürk (1977):
He joined out team in 2002. He had training from Mountaineering Fedaration of Turkey and now he is one of offical guide and training instructor of Mountaineering Fedaration . In our company also he achieved a high level succes with groups in short time. ----->>>

Selçuk Akar (1975):
A good trip requires a good organisation. He is one of the oldest team members and our indispensible man for his great support behind the scenes. He deals with logistic support of the tours. He has great experince in tourism operating business and we take advantage of his knowledge in this area. ----->>>

Eren Yıldırım Yetkin (1986):
He is the youngest member of our team. He started mountaineering at the university club and he is still studies German language at the university. He works with us for the summer period since 2006 and awaits finishing the school in order to join us to work as full time. ----->>>

Mustafa Tekin (1979):
He is from Erzurum which at the east of Turkey and famous with its cold weather and Palandöken mountain range. Therefore we can understand his saying "I am a winter boy and I like being cold" . Because he comes from Palandöken mountain area he is very good at ski touring. ----->>>

Katharina Ter Hell (1968):
The woman from Lycia ! This sentence discribes her very well. She lives in Adrasan bay , which is on the route of Lycian way. She moved from Germany, and settled in Turkey in 2001. There is no single stone that Katharina did not stepped in the Lycian way area. ----->>>

Orhan Yilmaz (1976):
He is our newest member and also an offical cultural guide licensed from Ministry of the Culture. He was born in Germany and after ten years he back to Turkey. He studied "German literature" at the univercity and speaks German very well. ----->>>
